    1984

    RepTime was founded by Bob Fredricks and DataSense, Inc. as an electronic solution for the wholesale industry to manage orders, invoices, and commissions in the back-office environment. One of the first software solutions of its type, RepTime moves from a solid back-office management tool into a fully integrated Sales Force Automation package with the introduction of RepTime for Sales Associates.

    1997

    Showroom Solutions is founded by Todd and Jannetta Litzman to bridge a technology gap around order processing in the Home and Gift industries. Teaming up with a software developer colleague from a previous business, they begin to create software to streamline the process of wholesale buying.

    1999

    Showroom Solutions rolls out first multi-line rep agency solution including order capture, commissions & analytics.

    2000

    Brandwise was founded to provide Suppliers and their field reps with sales analytics tools. Brandwise later acquires Boomerang to complement their sales analytics with an order writing system and to expand into the rep agency business.

    2004

    Dynamic Consulting and Programming, Inc., a then consultant to sales representatives, purchases the intellectual property of RepTime including source code, customer maintenance contracts, and leads.

    2004

    16-year-old Hemal Patel joins the Customer Support team at RepTime during his first year of college at the University of Texas at Austin.

    2005

    Showroom Solutions (SSI) merges with Brandwise and expands operations in Colorado. The newly merged company takes on the name Brandwise/SSI which later becomes Brandwise.

    2007-11

    Brandwise launches the first B2B e-Commerce offerings, offline digital content order capture product, and the company’s first mobile product built for iPad.

    2008

    Hemal Patel acquires RepTime at the age of twenty-two and moves the company headquarters to Dallas Market Center to be closer to customers, ensure growth and further his passion to deliver enterprise level application solutions to the wholesale industry.

    2012

    Brandwise introduces concept of capturing field & market orders via iPad.

    2015

    Hemal Patel sets forth creating first ever multitenancy cloud-based system for the wholesale industry.

    2018

    Brandwise rolls out B2B eCommerce platform (Reach), enabling product discovery across multiple agencies and brands using a single sign-in (Passport). Transit, the self- service portal, allows brands the ability to upload and push product information to sales agency order capturing tools and B2B websites.

    2019

    Brandwise adopts cloud-based architecture to further streamline the delivery of content & sales orders between industry stakeholders.

    2019

    Development for RepTime's cloud-based platform is moved to Surat, India to help boost growth.

    2020

    RepTime becomes MarketTime and launches the first B2B webshop to a multiline sales agency, improving the ways supply management works between brands, sales agencies, salespeople, and retailers across the globe.

    2020

    Crow Holdings, a leading real estate firm & developer of Dallas Market Center, invests in MarketTime.

    2021

    Chris Happ & Jacob Teplin join the leadership team of MarketTime as CEO & COO, respectively; Hemal Patel becomes CTO to focus his energy on enhancing the MarketTime platform.

    2021

    MarketTime acquires Brandwise. Todd Litzman joins the MarketTime leadership team as President & Jannetta Litzman as EVP, Finance & HR.

    2022

    With the acquisition of Brandwise, MarketTime becomes the leading B2B commerce solutions provider & partner for the gift, home, toy, and other wholesale industries.

    2022-23

    MarketTime leverages the 'Best of Breed' from Brandwise and MarketTime technologies to support over 300 sales agencies, 7,000 sales representatives, 6,000 brands, and more than 300,000 retailers in growing their businesses.

    2023

    Hudson Hill invests in MarketTime and names Chris Lee as the Executive of the Board.

    2024

    Chris Lee joins MarketTime as CEO. The migration process begins, moving customers from Pharos and Brandwise to a unified MarketTime platform. Terri Harwood joins MarketTime as COO.

    2025

    MarketTime adds Jonathan Striker as Chief Financial Officer and Pete Mueller as Chief Technology Officer. Brandwise is scheduled for sunset as all customers complete their migration to MarketTime. MarketTime adds mtCharge+ to the suite of sales tools, giving customers an integrated payment processing option. Todd Litzman returns to the helm as CEO.
